Smoothie And Acai Bowls As A Healthy Alternative

One of my goals for the new year is to eat healthier than I have been and luckily, I found that I love Smoothie and Acai Bowls as a healthy alternative for breakfast, lunch or even dinner.

I have become fairly picky with my Smoothie and Acai bowls as well. There are many places popping up claiming to have the best ones. You’ll find that every place varies. Most that I go to have really small bowls (and a high price tag) and not that much flavor, making it impossible to really enjoy.

There is one company that never ceases to fail me and that is Juice Crafters. Their bowls are delicious, and addicting. They are much larger being that they actually use wide bowls and it’s just all around GOOD. But if you’re anything like me where you’re constantly on the go or work from home, making your own bowls seems a bit more convenient at times. I found some great recipes for you to try at home. Try one and let me know what you think!
